Q. WHAT IS DELANYS ROAST STYLE?
A. Our coffees typically feature medium and dark roasted profiles. We feature post blended coffees which has each single origin coffee profiled, and roasted separately to extract the origins unique flavor. The art of blending is the final stage; the knowledge of how each bean origin will perform as espresso or brewed coffee requires a great deal of knowledge and expertise.
We will occasionally carry lighter roasted coffees as a reserve option for a limited period of time.

Q. CAN I RETURN MY COFFEE?
A. We generally do not accept any returns on roasted coffee but if there is something you are not happy with please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Q. CAN I RETURN MY MERCHANSDISE?
A. Yes, as long as you have proof of payment, tags still on the unused item and we can accommodate an instore return. We are unable to return used products.

Q. MY ORDER ARRIVED FAULTY OR BROKEN
A. We can exchange any faulty merchandise or coffee equipment within 30 days of the purchase delivery date. Please send us an email with all the details and we will accommodate.

A. While we do post specific jobs on our site for specific locations, we are always looking for great people to join our team. Even if you don’t see a specific posting, don’t hesitate to send us an email or better yet come on in to one of our locations and ask to meet with one of our managers.
